Darin Marks

Darin Marks

Director of IT and Data Operations

Darin began his direct marketing career as a data programmer in 2003, at a mid-sized mailshop in Central Virginia. In 2010, he decided to broaden his marketing knowledge and became a print and production buyer at a large production management firm. After several years, Darin transitioned into a Director role where he lead a team that specialized in innovative direct mail formats, cost-effective production, internal and client print/production training, vendor relationships and postal logistics.

After being away from data programming, his real passion, for 7 years, he joined the QCT Team in 2017 to develop a Data Services business branch. Originally, Data Services was designed to assist the Production Team in processing data faster, more accurately, cost effectively, and in a more unified manner versus relying on outsourced processors or mailshops. Since conception in 2017, Darin has added three additional members to the team, which has allowed the department to offer a number of additional services to their portfolio.

In 2018, Darin was tasked with leading the IT Team, IT Security, Information Management and Data Warehousing for CCAH/QCT. Centralizing these teams will allow CCAH/QCT to offer leading-edge Business Intelligence Dashboards, enhanced reporting tools and additional data service offerings that very few full-service agencies can offer in-house.
